Our Team
A team devoted to supporting individuals and couples with compassion, presence, and care.
America Alaniz, LMFT
Our founder practices psychodynamic and somatic therapy, offering a safe, reflective, and compassionate space for individuals and couples seeking deeper understanding, healing, and connection. She is committed to supporting not only clients, but also the growth and development of the clinicians she mentors, honoring each therapist’s unique journey and clinical voice. Through guidance, collaboration, and attuned supervision, she fosters a supportive environment where both clients and clinicians can thrive.
Jazmin Carranza, AMFT
I am a first-generation Latina Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who is passionate about supporting teens and young adults navigating life transitions, identity development, relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression and communication concerns.
Many young people face pressure, uncertainty, and emotional overwhelm while figuring out who they are. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions and experiences.
Christina Martinez, AMFT
She is a trauma-informed clinician who is passionate about treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis. She offers a grounded, compassionate, and safe space for individuals and couples seeking healing, growth, and the repair of relationships.
She is EMDR trained and integrates trauma informed approaches to support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and the processing of difficult experiences. In her work with couples, she helps partners strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and deepen emotional connection.
To support relaxation and presence during sessions, she thoughtfully integrates aromatherapy as a complementary element within the therapeutic process.
